CONFERENCE MENUS AT THE PORTLAND
We have created two different types of Buffet Lunch menus and a Conference Dinner menu for you to choose from. Wines and Drinks are charged as chosen from our wine and drinks list. (We do not offer a corkage facility).
Should you wish a vegetarian dish or a specific dish which is not listed please ask your Conference Co-ordinator. Our Conference packages are just a guide and they can be fine tuned to your individual requirements.
CONFERENCE LUNCH MENUS
The Portland offers two different types of Buffet Lunch menus - either a working lunch or a fork buffet
FORK BUFFET (Included in the Delegate Rate)

- Smoked Chicken served with Coriander and Orange
- Fish and Chips served with Mushy Peas
- Lamb Casserole served with Mediterranean Vegetables

- Mediterranean Vegetable Stew
- Braised Beef with Horseradish and Root Vegetables
- Roast Pork served with Apple Sauce Carrots and Roast Potatoes
